Seating.   All seating is general admission.  There are no assigned seats, and seating is first come first served.  Doors open 45 minutes before the show.  Ushers have the right to request that you move seats in order to accommodate other guests.  The failure to follow an usher’s instructions or other announced policies and/or engaging in activities that disturb or interfere with other guests’ enjoyment of the show, may lead to your removal from the premises.

Special Assistance.  If you are wheelchair bound or otherwise require assistance in getting to your seat, please advise the ushers at the front doors and they can assist you.  A limited number of handicap seats are available at the show facilities.

Online Ticket Order Delivery.   Unless you selected the option to have your tickets shipped to you, tickets ordered online will not be mailed and will be held for pick up at the “Will Call” box in the show lobby the day of the show.  In order to minimize any errors, you are advised to print your email order confirmation and bring that with you to the Will Call Box.   If you selected the shipping option, your tickets will be mailed to you at the address you provide in the ticket order form by regular US Mail. There is a shipping and handling fee of $2.50 per order. ANY ORDERS RECEIVED WITHIN FIVE (5) BUSINESS DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED SHOW DATE WILL NOT BE SHIPPED AND WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE AT THE WILL CALL BOX.

Preferred Front & Center Seats.   Preferred Front & Center Seats are reserved seats in the front 10 rows in the center section of the theater. Seats will be assigned in the order the ticket purchases are received in. Preferred Front & Center Seats are only available for advance purchase (not at the door).

Cancellation Policy.  All sales are final. Ticket purchases are not refundable. Inclement weather will not affect performances unless an official state of emergency is in effect. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Ticket Exchange Policies. Tickets may not be exchanged, except under exceptional hardship circumstances as determined by Connecticut Concert Ballet in it sole discretion. In order to cover the costs and additional work of handling ticket exchanges, a processing fee of $2.50 per ticket will apply and exchanges muct be made at a pre-arranged time at Connecticut Concert Ballet’s main offices.

Parking.   Please comply with all parking rules at the show facilities and in the immediate area. Connecticut Concert Ballet is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your car or the contents in your car, and you assume all risks when parking and leaving it unattended.

Photography and Video Recording.  Flash photography and Video recording of the performance is prohibited.  Light flashes can create dangerous conditions for the performers.  Additionally, all copyrights are reserved in the performances to Connecticut Concert Ballet.
